The Stickperson Index allows you to visualize and compare country performance between 2000 and 2013. The different body parts of the Stickperson (head; left and right arm; left and right leg) correspond to the different dimensions of JustJobs. When looking at the Stickperson, the size of the extremities correspond to the values of the dimensions: the left arm corresponds to the employment dimension; the right arm corresponds to the social security dimension; the left leg corresponds to the rights at work dimension; the right leg corresponds to the equality of treatment and opportunity dimension; the head corresponds to the social dialogue dimension.
The sliders allow you to change the weight of each indicator. For example, ff you do not consider the employment dimension important, then you can reduce its weight in the overall index by drawing the slider to the left, or if you consider it more important than other indicators you can drag it to the right.
