The Stickperson Index allows you to visualize and compare country performance across the time period from 2000 until 2013. The different body parts of the Stickperson (head; left and right arm; left and right leg) correspond to the different dimensions of JustJobs. When looking at the Stickperson, the size of the extremities correspond to the values of the dimensions: the left arm corresponds to the employment dimension; the right arm corresponds to the social security dimension; the left leg corresponds to the rights at work dimension; the right leg corresponds to the equality of treatment and opportunity dimension; the head corresponds to the social dialogue dimension.
